Jerry is a registered Republican. Though time for hobbies has waned with having young children, Jerry enjoys fishing, hunting, boating and wowing friends and family with meals from one of his many Cajun cookbooks. Jerry and his wife, Lauren DiLeo Smith, live in Metairie with their two sons, ages 5 and 2, and dog Henry.
